9万名额新政策为什么是抢名额的项目?
留学生4万名额先到先得,尤其是对留学生不要求积累工作经验,雅思成绩只要CLB5,满足这类条件的毕业生有很多。且新政策一出,思培和雅思的官网陆续崩溃,考试场次无法刷新。可见有多少留学生关注着这个名额。
现在工作还来得及吗?
- 毕业生类别完全是来得及的,因为对于学生的工作经历时长没有要求。
- 但对于Essentialworker的类别是来不及了,要求是至少有1年的工作应验,而项目最迟11月5日就截止了。
工作对于雇主有要求吗?
没有要求,合法即可
新政中提到,递交之后需要保持工作状态,可以中途换雇主吗?
在申请中更换雇主的话也可以继续申请,但需要像移民局提交新雇主及工作的相关信息。
工作是兼职的工作,可以申请吗
需要持有有效的加拿大身份,合法的全职或者是兼职,只要是满足新政的其他要求都可以申请这个项目。
毕业生类别,学位类别和学习项目长度有什么要求?
Degree,diploma,certificate 或者Attestation都是可以的,但需要的是2年制的项目(至少16个月)。1年制的项目需要满足从事某项技术行业的职业课程证明。而像是学士、硕士或者是博士,必须是在完成至少8个月的课程后颁发的。
留学生毕业后的工作类型有什么要求吗?
这次大赦是针对目前在加拿大境内完成高等教育,毕业不早于2017年1月,并获得学位,文凭,证书或者是证明的留学生。并且对于毕业生的工作没有任何类型的要求。
毕业生工作要求是0A B 类的工作吗,可以兼职工作吗?
按照现在发布出来的新政要求,只要求了在职并没有明确职业类别,并且没有对于全职与否做出额外的说明,暂时认为全职,兼职都可以。但保险起见,仍然建议毕业生从事的职业为0A B 中的职业,并且为全职。
如果在魁北克省,可以申请这个类别吗?
无论是毕业生还是Essentialworker的类别都要求是未来有居住在魁省之外的意向。随意毕业生需要找在魁省之外的雇主工作,Essentialworker 类别的申请人需要为魁省之外的雇主工作。
如果已经提交了别的移民申请项目,可以再申请这个项目吗?
如果已经提交了其他类别的移民项目,并在申请等待期间,不是非常建议再申请这个项目。
审理时间大概多久?
如今疫情还未过去,特殊时期的审理时间无法保证,按以往的经验至少也要1年以上。如果递交纸质省提名的申请人已经到了后期阶段,不建议再浪费申请费用了。

- 专科(Diplomas / certificates / attestations)总学习时长不低于2学年(可以2个1学年项目加起来的)
- 技工类Skilled Trade 学习项目没有长度要求

Essential Worker的临时政策
- Stream A(Health 类):2万个名额
- Stream B(Essential类):3万个名额

采用先到先得的方式
申请要求:
- 在加拿大境内持有效身份(或有资格恢复身份)
- 过去3年内在加拿大至少有一年加拿大工作经验,工作符合下面 Annex A 或B的全职工作经验,或者是等效的兼职工作,非自雇(self-employed)
- 递交申请的时候已有工作
- 英语达到CLB4
- 意向定居魁北克以外的省份
Stream A(Health 类):只从Annex A的工作职位列表里积攒至少1年工作经验(可以几个工作合并一起,但不能和Annex B里的工作一同计算)

Stream B(Essential类):从Annex B 或者是A和B工作职位一同计算,积攒至少1年的工作经验。
